Most everyone on the server knows me as Fortitude.
Contrary to popular belief, i am not a robot, but an actual human being. With that being said, a little bit about myself.
Currently, im a 21 year old Gamestop employee. Also, im currently a college student studying Kinesilogy and physical rehabilitation. In my downtime, i like to play a bit of World of Warcraft.
When i first started on the server i made a Draenei Paladin. To be honest, using a character thats able to take some abuse and then heal themselves just seemed the right choice for me.
In my time on this server i have had the distinguished pleasure of meeting some wonderful people. It seems that the most appealing and addicting part of playing on a large scale server is the amount of friends you make in such a short period of time. This obviously makes for long nights and early mornings. Honestly, i dont particularly like raiding, but simply the conversations you have WHILE raiding. Im sure that we have all had instances where we find ourselves actually laughing out loud from something that was said or done.
Playing on Netherstorm, for me, has been a wonderful experience. I have played a bit of retail, and i can honestly say that retail is at best, grueling. It seems that playing on a faster paced server allows for someone to actully experience more of the game. At my job i speak to people who play retail regularly. I ask them about certain instances and they are just astonished at some of my experiences. Retail, honestly is just not for me.
I honestly feel somewhat honored to become an author for the Burning WoW blog. I hope to soon be able to start writing some interesting stories and experiences, and be allowed to converse with people who do just the same.
